Lemon Chile Chicken Wings - Recipe

Lemon Chile Chicken Wings Recipe
Directions
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Place in a medium bowl.
  • Place rosemary in a small mixing bowl and whisk in lemon juice, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and chile flakes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour marinade over drummies.
  • Stir to coat well.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve or at least one hour.
  • Heat grill to medium and put drummies on.
  • Discard any leftover marinade.
  • Turn drummies to grill each side for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Watch closely.
  • Can cook wings under the broiler if desired - turn often.

-12 chicken drummies or wings
-1 sprig fresh rosemary - remove leaves and chop fine
-5 tablespoons lemon juice
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 tablespoon ketchup
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
