Coleslaw with Lime & Cilantro

- COLESLAW:
- 16 ounces coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (approximately 1 lime)
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- GARNISH:
- Sliced almonds, if desired
