Graham Cracker Pie Crust Recipe

For a 9" pie. A crisp, sweet crust that is great with refrigerated pie fillings.
Graham Cracker Pie Crust Recipe
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Crush crackers with a rolling pin or in a blender or food processor. Combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • If desired, reserve 1/4 C of cracker crumbs for garnishing the top of pie.
  • Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of the pie plate.
  • Bake 10 minutes.  Then, cool crust, and add filling. Refrigerate, if necessary, once filled.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 14 whole graham crackers - crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine - melted
