Italian Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts Recipe

  • 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 18 pieces bacon strips
  • ounce bottle of Italian salad dressing
  • several toothpicks
  • 1 spray can of Pam to spray grill burners
Take 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and wrap them with strips of uncooked bacon, usually it will take 2 or 3 pieces, (you can hold them in place with a toothpick) marinate them in 1 bottle of Italian Salad Dressing over night in a covered bowl. When you are ready to grill make sure the grill is at least 350*. Spray the grill racks with Pam (this is to keep the chicken from sticking) and place chicken onto grill. Cook until chicken is brown and toasty and the fluids run clear. Remove toothpicks before eating.
