Swiss Steak 18 Recipe

  • 2 pounds Round Steak
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 6 carrots (sliced)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Cut meat into serving portions. Combine flour, salt and seasoned salt. Dip meat in flour mixture and brown meat. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over meat in a roaster. Bake for one hour or until tender at 350°.
