Holiday Breakfast Brunch Recipe

  • 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pounds sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Spread croutons in 9 X 13 pan. Cover with cheese and sausage. Beat eggs and mustard together and add the 2 1/2 c milk and blend. Pour over meat, croutons and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning mix soup and the 1/2 c milk together and pour over the first mixture. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
