Ingredients
1 pound hamburger meat
salt & pepper to taste
1 Chopped Onion
1 cup celery, cut up
1 can peas and carrots (small can)
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package chow mein noodles (small pkg)
Directions
Brown onion and meat. Season with salt and pepper. Parboil celery. Mix canned ingredients together. Place everything except chow mein noodles in casserole and mix. Put about 2/3 of noodles on top and bake 20 minutes in moderate oven 350 degrees. Stir in noodles and bake 20 minutes longer. About 5 minutes before serving, add remaining noodles and bake. Serves 6 generously.
