Santa Fe Soup Recipe

  • 2 pounds beef, browned
  • 1 can kidney beans (16 ounce can)
  • 1 onion chopped and browned
  • 1 can pinto beans (16 ounce can)
  • 2 packages ranch dressing (1 ounce packages)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 packages taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tomato wedges (I used diced tomatoes) (16 ounce )
  • 1 can black beans (16 ounce can)
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 cup water
Simmer and stir occasionally for 2 hours or put in the crockpot. If it is too thick then add some water.
