Chicken Tatsuta Age Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 1/2 ounces Chicken
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • oil, for fying
  • mustard, for dipping (optional)
  • SEASONING:
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
Directions
For seasoning, combing soy sauce and mirin.

Slice chicken in thin pieces and soak in the Seasoning for 20 minutes.

Take out the chicken and coat with cornstarch. Immediately immerse in hot oil and fry (about 2 minutes). Eat with mustard.

Pork may be substituted for chicken, in which case, grated daikon (white radish) will go very well with it.
