  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning

  • Mix everything together. Make sure before you mix in chicken to make sure it's shredded really well.
  • Serve cold with crackers, tortilla chips or pretzels.

"I made this for a get-together we were going to because my wife didn't have time. It was pretty easy . . . if I can make it anyone can. I cut up a few jalapeno peppers that we had in the frig and added them to it. That gave it the kick I like! I thought the dip was great but my wife didn't appreciate the jalapenos."
