"The gravy recipe that is proposed is really a strange mix - also tasting it before the baking is not a great indicator of the final taste. All that being said ; I really like it as the dish does grow on you and the gravy is a nice break from the mushroomy - beefy type gravies one always has with pork chops The gravy tasted turned out better than I thought it would , the ketchup gave it a interesting finish. I used 3 cans (10oz or so) of cream of mushroom and then ratioed the other ingredients to match the recipe"

"can of mushroom sauce is not too descriptive - what size but I guess more is better?"

"The flavor of this was good, but the cooking time was too long, even with 1" pork chops at 45 minutes. Next time I'll start at 20 minutes and check every 5 minutes, but there will be a next time."

"I did double the sauce and I'm glad I did. My family loved it over the noodles! Will make this one often."

"This is a hit at my house. After browning the pork chops, I brown the onions for a few minutes to get them carmelized a bit."
