Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
In a saucepan combine water, butter and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add flour. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add crab mixture.
Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm out of the oven.
NOTE: These can be made ahead and frozen. To reheat, let them thaw completely and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
