Ingredients
  • 6 ounces yogurt, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup mangos--diced, more, if desired
  • 6 ounces black berries
  • garnish with sliced almonds, if desired

  • In the bottom of each glass place approximately 1 inch of yogurt, then a layer of fruit, another 1 to 2 inches of yogurt, and repeat. The top layer should a fruit layer.
  • Serve chilled.

"I make this when we are trying to eat a little healthier. We love it with the mango and black berries but sometimes we will use whatever fruit is in season. Another favorite is strawberries or raspberries with blueberries."
