"Sometimes when I know we have a busy week ahead, I will make this ham salad up on the weekend so that we have it for the next week for quick sandwiches. I use minced dried onions in place of raw onions because the kids don't like the onions in it. It is a great sandwich meat to have on hand."

"I took a couple of hints from others, added celery like "sao" because I don't like onions and then I broiled them open faced like "ChunkyDunk". They were so tasty and the kids loved them. We will definitely make them again."

"I used SPAM instead of ham and Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise. I brought it on a picnic yesterday. We made the sandwiches as we ate and my entire family loved them. We didn't have any leftover."

"Since I don't have a food processor, I just chop everything into the smallest pieces. Don't care for onion so added fine-chopped celery instead. Love the taste !"

"Very good! The food processor is a must - I put everything in the food processor, not just the ham. I served the spread on a croissant with shoestring potatoes and strawberries on the side...delish!"

"Quick easy recipe. I put the ham, onion and relish in the food processor at one time. Dijon adds just the right nip to the tongue."
