Grape Salad 159 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese at room temp (8 ounce pkgs)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 pounds red seedless grapes
  • Topping
  • 2 bags emerald glazed pecans (front of bag says "Great for pecan pie")
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
Directions
Mix cheese, sugar and sour cream together until smooth; fold in grapes. Spread in a glass 13" x 9' dish. Chop pecans, not too small; mix with brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over grapes; refrigerate overnight.

If you can't find glazed pecans, just use 1 & 1/2 cups regular pecans.
