Swiss Steak 43 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cubed steak
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 vegetable oil
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes (14 ounce can)
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 green pepper strips (medium)
  • Flour
  • Salt/pepper
  • Beef bullion
Cut meat into serving pieces then salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dust in flour and then brown in oil.

Put into Dutch oven.

Combine garlic, tomatoes, onion, 1 can of water and beef bullion and pour over meat.

Simmer 1 hour.

Add green peppers and cook for 30 more minutes.
