Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds freshly cased suasage beef
bay leaves
Pimentoes, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground fresh pepper
water
Container
:cooking pot
Directions
Prick the sausages with a fork all over.
Run 1.5 liters water into pot, boil.
When water comes to a boil place all ingredients into pot and boil for at least 15 minutes.
Remove from stove and place pricked sausages into pot and let stand for 30 minutes.
When cool, light up your BBQ or frying pan and cook.
Delicious served on a fresh roll with hot mustard and pickle.
