Ingredients
  • 4 each fresh corn on the cob in the husk (one per person or as desired)
Directions
Soak corn in the husk in cold water for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator (soaking helps keep husks from drying out too quickly and gives corn nice steamed texture). Place corn on grill in husk, keeping away from direct flame. Allow to cook slowly for about 30 minutes (depending on how hot your grill is). Other foods may be cooked on grill at the same time. Remove from heat. Husks will be very hot, so allow corn to sit for approx. 10-15 minutes before serving. Strip husks from cobs, brush with butter, and enjoy! Corn silks come right off with no trouble.
