Ingredients
  • 2 pounds raw jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 dash hot sauce

Place all ingredients in bowl. Cover and marinate overnight. A zipper bag would also work well.

Place shrimp on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking, until shrimp is thoroughly cooked.
