Ingredients
  • 4 pounds rump roast
  • 1 can beef broth (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can condensed French onion soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can beer (12 ounce can)
  • 12 french rolls
Directions

Place roast in a slow cooker.

Add the beef broth, soup and beer. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours.

Shred the meat and place back into slow cooker.

Serve on buns with the juices on the side or top with garden fresh tomatoes.
