1 2 3 SNACK MEATBALLS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • Sauce
  • 2 cups catsup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, milk and soup mix until well blended. Make the meatballs the size of a large walnut and broil, about 6 - 8 inches from broiler; for 10 minutes. Check to make sure they brown, but do not burn. While the meatballs are cooking combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium high until bubbly. Add the cooked meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.
