Butterscotch Ice Cream topping Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box butterscotch pudding (3 3/4 ounce box)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
Directions
Combine in sauce pan and blending well. Cook over low heat until all sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Bring to a full boil then remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter and stir in. Makes 1 cup sauce. Can use chocolate flavor pudding for hot fudge sauce.
