Butter Pecan Slices Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 Ready Roll pie crust (1/2 pkg)
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F. Soften butter in microwave for 5 to 10 seconds on high. Unroll pie crust onto large cutting board and spread butter over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over dough. Spread nuts over sugar mixture; roll lightly with rolling pin to press nuts into dough. Roll dough tightly from on end into a log. With a sharp knife, slice dough into 1/2 inch rounds. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, remove and let cool on cooling rack.
