Almond Crusted Fish Recipe

Almonds add nutty crunch and flavor to crusted fish fillets. Choose tilapia or salmon to suit your family's tastes.

Ingredients
1/4 cup McCormick® Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Crusting Blend
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 pound tilapia
or
salmon fillets

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Mix Crusting Blend and almonds in shallow bowl. Mix honey and orange juice in small bowl. Brush fillets with honey mixture. Coat evenly on both sides with Crusting Blend mixture. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining Crusting Blend mixture.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
