Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 packages McCormick® Turkey Gravy Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings or turkey broth

1. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.

2. Mix Gravy Mix, water and turkey drippings. Add to saucepan; mix well. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)
