Butterfinger Desert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding (small pkg)
  • 1 cup soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
  • 3 Butterfinger candy bars (large)
  • 2 cups milk
Directions
Pour melted butter over graham and soda crackers. Reserve 1/2 C. of crackers. Mix and press in 9 x 13 pan. In another bowl, put milk, vanilla pudding and ice cream. Mix. Pour over crumb crust. Let set for one hour. Spread Cool Whip over ice cream mixture. Crush candy bars and mix with the reserved cracker crumbs and spread over Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
