Harvest Berry Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Graham cracker pie crust (6 ounce)
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce Can)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups raspberry, blackberry & blueberry mixed frozen fruit
  • 1 package whipped topping, thawed (8 ounce pkg)
Directions
Combine sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice in large bowl. Puree frozen fruit in processor, blender or finely chop. Blend with milk mixture & pour into crust. Stir whipped topping & gently spread over filling. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. To serve, remove pie from freezer and place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until pie can be easily cut.
