Crock Pot Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package chocolate instant pudding (large pkg)
Directions
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. (I use a manual egg beater to stir dry ingredients and blend well). Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Check for doneness with a wire tester. Serves 12. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Reminds me of hot fudge cake.
