Simple Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipe

This pasta dish used spaghetti sauce to create a dish that is usually a long process but this only takes a few minutes to put together. And then it is cooked in the slow cooker for a rich lasagna.

Ingredients
  • 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced (4 ounce can)
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Break noodles and place half in greased slow cooker.

Brown and ground beef in pan; drain. Stir in Italian seasoning.

Spread half of beef mixture over noodles in slow cooker. Layer half the spaghetti sauce, water, mushrooms, and cheeses over beef. Repeat layers.

Cook on low for 5 hours.
