Large Taco Casserole Recipe

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 pound hamburger or sausage
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 11 x 13 pan w/Pam.
  • Unroll crescent rolls on bottom. Crumble about 2 - 3 handfuls of chips to cover rolls.
  • Separately, cook meat and taco seasoning as usual. Turn off heat.
  • Mix in the sour cream. Pour mixture onto chips.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese.
  • Crumble 2 - 3 more handfuls of chips to cover and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes.
