Pink Angel Cloud Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package angelfood cake mix
  • 12 ounces strawberry pop - 1 can
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup water - boiling
  • 1 package gelatin - strawberry flavored
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries - frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping

  • Prepare cake mix according to directions except use strawberry pop for liquid and add 2 extra egg whites.
  • Bake as required.
  • Prepare gelatin in boiling water.
  • When it is syrupy, add strawberries.
  • As the mixture thickens, fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour over the cake.
