Butterscotch Fudge 3 Recipe

  • 26 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • 1 package butterscotch morsels (11 ounce bag)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon Goodmans vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
In large microwave safe bowl, add almond bark, butterscotch morsels, butter, condensed milk and salt. Cook on 100% power for 4 minutes or until melted. Add vanilla and using dough hooks beat with mixer until smooth. Add pecans and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 wax paper lined pan, spread out and chill until firm. Turn onto cutting board. Peel off wax paper and cut into square pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
