Hot and Spicy Chex Party Mix Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons pepper sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups seasoning salt
  • 1 cup cheese crackers
  • 2 2/3 cups Chex cereal - corn
  • 2 2/3 cups Chex cereal - rice
  • 2 2/3 cups Chex cereal - wheat
  • 1 cup nuts - mixed
  • 1 cup pretzels
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Melt butter in open roasting pan in the oven.
  • Stir in the seasonings.
  • Gradually add cereals, nuts, pretzels, and cheese crackers.
  • Stir to coat evenly.
  • Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Spread on wax paper to cool.
