Caramel Crispix Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 18 ounces Chex cereal or Crispix

  • Mix butter, salt, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
  • Boil for one minute.
  • Add vanilla, baking soda, and Crispix.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes. Stop and stir every minute.
  • Lay everything down on wax paper and let cool.
