Rollo Cookies Recipe

  • 1 box marble cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 packages ROLO candy (chocolate covered caramels)
Mix the yellow portion of the cake mix with 2 eggs and canola oil. Mix well with spoon, then add in chocolate mix. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

To cover Rolo candies, use about a rounded teaspoon of the chilled dough, and work it around each candy disc until covered. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten only slightly. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
