Pumpkin Bars 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can pumpkin (16 ounce can)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (3 oz pkg)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
In mixer bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda; add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread in ungreased 10x15 pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting: cream all ingredients together until smooth.
