Corn Fritters I Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • pepper
Directions
Combine corn, egg yolks, flour, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff then fold into corn mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil, turn over until golden brown. Drain onto paper towels. Serve hot. Serves 6 to 8.
