Potato Bread 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • 6 cups Potato Water
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar (add to potato water)
  • 4 teaspoons yeast (add to water)
  • 15 cups Flour
  • 6 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Shortening (or until creamy)
Directions
Pour yeast,mashed potato,sugar water to flour, knead well. let rise to double in size. Knead and let rise again. Mold into loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 3508 for 50-60 minutes.
