Hot Sausage And Cheese Puff Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • FOR 120 PUFF BALLS
  • 1 pound sweet Italian bulk sausage
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • FOR 30 PUFF BALLS
  • 1/4 pound sweet Italian bulk sausage
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
  • 3 tablespoons water
Directions
Cook sausage; drain and cool. Mix cheese with biscuit mix. Add sausage and water. Mix well. Roll into 1" balls. Place on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm from the oven.
