Black Bean Mexican Dip 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle chunky Paces medium salsa (large bottle)
  • 1 package Velveeta cheese, cubed (large pkg)
  • 1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
Directions
Place salsa, and cheese into crock pot. Heat, stirring often, on high only until cheese is melted. Turn crock pot on low, add sour cream, mixing well. Add beans stirring light to mix. Leave pot on low only until mixture is heated well, turn pot on automatic. Serve with Tostito chips.

HINT: If desired you may add browned and drained sausage or ground beef.
