Pickled Eggs 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 dozen eggs, boiled and peeled
  • 2 cans red beets, with juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons pickling spice
Directions
Mix beets, sugar, vinegar, and pickling spice. Place eggs in large, glass jar. Pour beet mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 5 or more days.
