Ceviche Columbia Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package shrimp, ready to eat (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup, spicy/hot
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped (small)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 limes, juiced
Directions
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the shrimp. Combine mayonnaise through the juice of the 2nd lime in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over shrimp. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
