Cocktail Meatballs (Microwave) Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can tomato sauce
Combine ground beef, egg, salt. Mix well. Shape into 16 1-inch balls. Place in 9-inch glass dish; cover. Microwave on roast for 8 minutes; drain.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Microwave on roast 5-6 minutes.

Serve with toothpicks.
