Shoepeg Corn Casserole 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg.)
  • Cheddar cheese
Directions
Melt milk, butter and cream cheese. Pour in drained corn and green peppers. Grease 9X13" baking dish and pour in mixture. Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
