Provided By
Steakhouse mushrooms delicious enough to eat alone, but even better (if that is possible) on a juicy grilled steak or even chicken. You may want to double this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Clean and slice, quarter or half the mushrooms, depending on your preference. Stir fry the mushrooms and onions in a margarine until almost done (mushrooms give up their juice and the onions limp).

Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cooking wine. Season to taste with garlic powder.

Serve with steaks off the grill. This is popular, so cook a bunch!
