Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 quarts canned tomatoes
1 tomato sauce (large)
1 tomato paste (small)
4 cans kidney beans, drained (or cook your own)
4 teaspoons chili powder (can be adjusted for heat)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 dashes garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
2 teaspoons basil
Directions
Brown beef in large soup pot; drain.
Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 20-30 minutes to blend flavors.
