GUAMANIAN MARINADE FOR BEEF, CHICKEN, OR PORK Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon MSG
Directions
Marinate a cut up chicken, a large flank steak, and individual pieces of beef or pork for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Drain and grill. Delicious especially on beef! Extraordinary in that it tastes kind of sweet without any sugar.
