Canned Butter Beets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts cubed cooked beets
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Heat water, vinegar and sugar to boiling. Add cooked beets. Process in a pressure cooker.
