Apple Butter (Made in the Crockpot) Recipe

Ingredients
14 cooking apples (Winesap or your favorite cooking apple)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
Directions
Wash, peel and core apples. Cut into small chunks. Spray large crockpot with pam and put in apples and apple juice. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add other ingredients and cook for 6 hours on high. Stir once each hour. Pack and seal in half pint jars.
Makes appx 5-6 jars.
