Crock Pot Pulled Pickled Beef Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 jar Dill Pickle Spears with liquid (24 ounce jar)
  • 2 pounds Chuck Beef Roast
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cole Slaw
  • Sandwich Buns
Directions
Place Chuck roast in a crock pot and pour entire contents of dill pickle jar over it. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hours. Season to taste with pepper. Pull apart meat with a fork. Serve with slaw and buns.
